Options for Best Graphics Card Under 10000 Rupees
As of March 2020, these are the best GPU options under the 10K rupees range:
- AMD Radeon RX570 4GB GDDR5
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5
- AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB GDDR5
- Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5
The only real contenders here are the AMD Radeon RX570 and the Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti. The other two cards aren’t so much gaming cards as they are just display output modules. Let’s take a look at the specifications of our two competitors.
Specifications and Overview
AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
|Base Clock||1168 Mhz|
|Boost Clock||1244 Mhz|
|VRAM||4 GB GDDR5|
|VRAM Clock||1750 Mhz|
7000 Mhz effective
|Bus Bandwidth||224 GB/s|
The RX570 is the most expensive graphics card in this list, costing 10000 Rupees plus some change. This is one of the favorite cards for gamers building a budget gaming PC. It is a Polaris card, and at this point is a little long in the tooth. Nevertheless, it still packs quite a punch and holds its own against modern AAA games. The RX570 is rather power hungry, though, consuming up to 120 Watts of power at peak performance.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
|Base Clock||1291 Mhz|
|Boost Clock||1392 Mhz|
|VRAM||4 GB GDDR5|
|VRAM Clock||1752 Mhz|
7008 Mhz effective
|Bus Bandwidth||112.1 GB/s|
The GTX 1050 Ti is the newest card in this list, and the second most expensive. The GTX 1050 Ti comes with 4GB of GDDR5 memory. The memory is fast, but the 4GB capacity may lead to a bottleneck in certain memory-intensive games such as X-Plane 11 and other such. This Pascal series cards brings the efficiency gains that modern architectures bring to the table, and only consumes 75 Watts at peak output.

Benchmarks For Best Graphics Card Under 10000 Rupees
Let us now take a look at the numbers for the graphics cards under 10000 rupees. The benchmarks are all GPU-bound, and were done under similar external conditions. We’re gonna test 3 rather varied games to test for different scenarios. All tests have been done with the same hardware and ambient conditions. All games were set at a 1920×1080 resolution and maximum graphics settings.
Fortnite is a wildly popular battle royale game with simplistic, and yet demanding, graphics.
In Fortnite, the RX570 and GTX 1050Ti are pretty close to each other. Both maintain an average FPS in the high 60s, and their 1% lows drop just below the 60 FPS mark. While the differences are small in this game, the RX 570 does come out the winner. The RX570 has a lead of 4.7% in average FPS and 4.2% in 1% Low FPS.
Grand Theft Auto V
GTA V is one of the most successful video games of all time, and has very good graphics optimisation. It is a game from 201, but its graphical fidelity holds up well even 7 years later.
In GTA V, the RX570 manages to pull a rather emphatic win over the GTX 1050 Ti. The RX570 has an average FPS value of almost 90 FPS, pipping even the slightly more expensive and much newer GTX 1650 Super. It does see some variance in FPS though, with its 1% Lows falling to just below 60 FPS.
The GTX 1050 Ti falls behind in GTA V. It scores about 72 FPS on average and has 1% Lows even lower than the RX570, at 46 FPS. The RX570 thus has a massive 25.4% average FPS lead, and a 5.5% lead on 1% Lows.
Next, we look at 2015’s blockbuster hit, Witcher 3. The game’s massive and detailed open world, along with beautiful weather effects makes for high loads on both graphics processing and VRAM.
We can see a pattern forming at this point, can’t we? Yet again, the RX570 pulls ahead of the GTX 1050 Ti by a large margin.
AMD’s RX570 maintains an average FPS above 60, and its 1% Lows are at a respectable 56 FPS. This is quite a lead over the GTX 1050 Ti, which drops to 42 FPS averages and 1% Lows at a just-playable 34 FPS. The RX570 is a whopping 56.7% ahead of the GTX 1050 Ti in average FPS, and 64.8% in 1% Low FPS.
Assassin’s Creed : Odyssey
2018’s AC Odyssey is another resourse heavy game like the Witcher. Let’s look at the numbers it gave us.
Same old, same old. While both GPUs perform sub-optimally in the highest 1080P settings in this very recent gaming, the RX570 can again be seen with a hefty lead. The RX570 maintains an average of 27 FPS – nothing great, but playable. The GTX 1050 Ti’s 20 FPS average is where a player would start seeing a negative gameplay experience, though. The RX570 has a 35% lead in average FPS over the GTX 1050 Ti. For further benchmark numbers, read Eurogamer.net’s reviews of the RX570 and the GTX 1050 Ti
Best Graphics Card Under 10000 Rupees : Conclusion
The benchmarks make it very clear that the RX570 is the best graphics card under 10000 INR. Well, technically, 10,500 INR. It has a significant performance advantage over the 1050 Ti in all kinds of gaming workloads. The only drawback the RX570 presents is the power consumption, clocking in at 120 Watts at peak load versus the 75W TDP of the newer 1050 Ti.
AMD’s RX570 is definitely the way to go for your next graphics card under 10K INR. If you’re looking for a CPU under 6,000 INR for your next PC, we’ve got you covered.
